WHACK!
[edit]Whack! You've been whacked with a wet trout. Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know that you did something silly. |
Your hatting on ANI
[edit]I've undone your close of a section on ANI, for three reasons. One, I think North8000 needs to be given a chance to withdraw his proposal. Two, Arthur Rubin has made a different proposal in the same section, and that is still open. Three, I object to your phrasing "In the future" - that is cryptic. What do you mean? In the future, KillerChihuahua will be desysopped, but not now? KillerChihuahua 22:03, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
- It was not my intention to issue a prediction on your sysop status. I merely meant any future desysop requests North8000 may make in the future, excluding you per WP: SNOW. Please don't take offense to my hatting. I have no objections to your undoing, and my intentions are not malicious, so you don't have to worry about me. Alles Klar, Herr Kommisar 22:24, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
- Like I said, a bit cryptic. Thanks for clarifying - but IMO North8000 won't take it to RFAR now or in the future, so either meaning is probably inaccurate. No offense was taken; let's let it take it's course though, ok? KillerChihuahua 22:34, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
- Sure thing. Feel free to trout me if you see anything wrong with my contribs. :) Alles Klar, Herr Kommisar 22:40, 24 February 2013 (UTC)

Incorrect G11 tagging at Taming of the Shrew Act 3
[edit]I wanted to note that your G11 tagging of Taming of the Shrew Act 3 and corresponding talk page message at User talk:GrandmaLemon were incorrect and unhelpful. Although the article includes some external links, G11 requires that an article be "exclusively promotional, and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to become encyclopedic". There is no evidence that the article meets these criteria. You may if you wish participate in the deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Taming_of_the_Shrew_Act_3. Dcoetzee 01:51, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, thank you for pointy that out to me.It looked a little spammy to me because the creator added "stage directions". Sorry about that. Alles Klar, Herr Kommisar 01:59, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
- No problem, thanks for helping to patrol new articles. Dcoetzee 02:17, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
I reverted your ANI edit
[edit]Sorry, but I reverted your ANI edit. It seems obvious to me that the "IP changing another user's comment" was the same user logged out. (I would presume accidentally, as there seems no particular point in it.) Bishonen | talk 03:54, 2 March 2013 (UTC).
- No worries. Upon further analysis, the two do share a habit of making many small edits to their comments, so I have faith in your judgement. Hopefully, as I gain more experience, I will be able to notice such accidents quicker. Alles Klar, Herr Kommisar 04:19, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, Wikipedia logs one out quite frequently. It's been happening to me a lot recently; generally I notice when I preview my posts, so I have a chance to log in before I save. But MugginsX wouldn't have noticed anything, as long as he was only tinkering with his own previous post, since he wasn't signing anything on the page. (Just to be on the safe side, I'm going to ask MugginsX about it on his page.) Bishonen | talk 16:17, 2 March 2013 (UTC).
Your characterization
[edit]I think your characterization of my comments as "odd" on the [1] is unfair. I think if you read the message that I linked, you would agree that it is not a message you would like your mother or sister to receive. I would ask that you remove your remark that characterize my comments as "odd". They were a normal reaction to a very nasty message. I could have had him blocked but chose to give him a chance to apologize, which, of course, he never did. Thanks Mugginsx (talk) 12:57, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
" I think you'll be ok"

[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Lehnar submachine gun may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Speedy deletion declined: The Rich Collective
[edit]Hello Der Kommisar, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of The Rich Collective, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The article is not about a musical recording. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Legoktm (talk) 05:34, 15 May 2013 (UTC)
You removed content
[edit]The comments you reverted back to my post on the ANI page were my own. They were made about me by editors on their own pages. I removed them because I have come to believe that the editors on Wiki are only into self-preservation. DoctorJoeE repeatedly goes to other editors claiming abuse, when he is the one abusing. The fact that only one editor responded to my request and was immediately attacked by a friend of the Doc helped solidify this thought. Then Doc goes back to the other editor and brags that no editor has assisted me, then makes several more comments about me, with the editor giving him kudos. I went to the page and removed proof that the editor for the Barbara Ross page is a friend of the Doc, since no one seemed to care anyway. They did not post on that page, I posted their comments. Take them off, leave them on, I don't care. But since none of the editors chose to go against another editor (sans Finkillem), tells me all I need to know.Zabadu (talk) 02:26, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
- You also removed the comments of an IP that posted below your comments. You may remove your own comments, but do not remove the comments of other editors. See WP: TALKPAGE for a general talkpage etiquette. Alles Klar, Herr Kommisar 02:37, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
- I don't know the facts here. But DK is correct when he says that refactoring the comments of other editors is a no-no.--Epeefleche (talk) 03:58, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
Hello Der Kommisar. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of METZ, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Article claims coverage in reliable sources. Thank you. Mkdwtalk 07:39, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
Funny typo
[edit]I just noticed this: Wikipedia:Administrators Noticeboard/Incidents#Davidcole1992, the return of Whitechristian2013?. Just FYI, you described Davidcole1992 as Likely Spock, which made me laugh. Howicus (talk) 21:50, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- Lol. That was probably the autocorrect on my iPod Touch. It seems to have been corrected by a friendly Ent. Alles Klar, Herr Kommisar 01:19, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
I'm Back

New proposal regarding Wer900 at AN/I
[edit]In an effort to resolve the discussion at AN/I regarding Wer900, I have offered a new proposal at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Alternative proposal: Restriction on venues for complaints. Since you have weighed in on previous proposals regarding this user, I am notifying you of the new one in case you wish to opine. Regards, alanyst 18:51, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks, i'll be sure to comment. Alles Klar, Herr Kommisar 23:50, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
