Dasho Rinzin Gyeltshen

Dasho Rinzin Gyelsthen. Born in September 12 1950 in the Paro District.He was the  Supreme Court of Bhutan,Chairperson of the Royal Advisory Council of Bhutan ,Zhung Kalyon , Dzongdag of Trashigang District, Sarpang District, Samdrup Jongkhar District and GelephuGewog,and he was also one of the leaders during Operation All Clearin 2003.He comes from a very powerful Ancestry of Mind and Speech reincarnations of the Zhabdrung Rinpoche,The great Pema Lingpa,Paro PenlopDawa peljor and Nim Dorji,Daga Dzongpen Rinzin Dorji, and most importantly Desi Dorji Namgyal.Desi Dorji Namgyal was the brother of Jigme Namgyal (Bhutan).He was honored with the red scarf and given the honored the title Dasho and given the title Zhung Kalyon in 1986 and he is also known as the last Zhung Kalyon of bhutan.
