Hello, did you already check out the guidelines provided as blue links in the pink Decline box at top? It sounds basic, but that's a good place to start to figure out what needs to change.

Additional to that, I have made some suggestions (as hilited text) in your article, and coded two example footnotes for you. Hello, I know that my submission on Ramon Ricker has been declined because there are several sections without references. Can you tell me which sections are a problem, and how I can fix them?

Are the problem sections the ones that list his published works? How would I go about referencing them? I got the details for those sections from his resume/CV and from speaking with him.
