Ways to improve Celoxis Technologies

[edit]

Hello, Demandchange,

Thanks for creating Celoxis Technologies! I edit here too, under the username Rosguill and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:-

Several of the cited sources are PR outlets and are not reliable.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with Rosguill. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Your edits

[edit]

I'm concerned about your edits here. You perhaps don't appreciate how they make the article worse - not better. I've tried now for a second time to explain why that is the case. I would suggest you self-revert. If you do not choose to do so, I would suggest we involved an admin to review your edits. I am concerned that they have the general effect of worsening what you touch, and that would not be good for the Project. I look forward to you being a constructive contributor, but this is not constructive editing in my strong opinion. Thank you. --2604:2000:E010:1100:B8A4:AD7D:D78C:7F47 (talk) 14:19, 23 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Nahshon Anderson.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Nahshon Anderson.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

 • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
 • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add OTRS pending to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as non-free fair use or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Thrasher (magazine), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Rock (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:50, 24 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I disagree this is not account made for advertising. I’m assuming the Billy Carson article is what triggered this and I will admit that that was a bad article and that I should never posted it and i'm sorry. But if you look at my user history and you would see I have made many contribution to Wikipedia that are obvious not advertising.1 I don't think one bad article should cost me my account.

I also find it unfair that the articles I wrote were deleted. I know some people use Wikipedia as a source of advertising but do you really think a writer who's won the Pulitzer Prize 2 would be looking to use Wikipedia to promote that book. Jeffrey Stewart is already a well known author and his book has won one of the highest literary awards. Do you think a company that has over billions in assets under management would be looking to hire someone to create them an article 3for what purpose their an investment company with no products for sale. These were legit articles and found to be with the scope if wikiprojsects. Demandchange (talk) 16:50, 29 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Interesting fact: Freetheangels (talk · contribs), a suspected sock puppet of Fightforsocialjustice (talk · contribs), was on the same narrow IP range as you in late 2018. That doesn't necessarily mean anything because ISPs regularly reassign IP addresses to new customers. However, you have a bit of crossover with Fightforsocialjustice sock puppets. Just to make this even more interesting, Thatwhoiswise (talk · contribs) was also on this same IP range back in mid-2017. And, another interesting fact: all the aforementioned editors have edited Nahshon Dion Anderson. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 18:01, 29 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

The page Draft:Serviceaide has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, or you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. kingboyk (talk) 00:44, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
