Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Jaws (film), please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- Doniago (talk) 13:24, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Video Games Considered The Greatest Ever has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unsourced

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. License tagging for File:The Offical Legend of Zelda Timeline.jpeg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:The Offical Legend of Zelda Timeline.jpeg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:07, 24 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Andy Bernard, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Wallace (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Clark Green and Nellie Bertram

[edit]

I was wondering if you would be interesting in composing articles for these two characters. Being series regulars, I think they warrant their own articles now, though I don't have time or will to do for them what I did for Pete Miller. Can you? --T smitts (talk) 05:26, 19 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Game of Thrones Characters

[edit]

Recently, I visited the List of Game of Thrones characters page ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Game_of_Thrones_characters ) and found that for the cast key the number of episodes each character appeared in has been removed. Why was that change made? I personally think it should be put back in immediately. Showing the amount of episodes is an interesting and helpful way for fans of the show to see who has appeared the most times, the difference in appearances season to season, and to see when characters went from recurring status to earring status. I am not sure why the amount of episodes was taken out, but I strongly believe it should be put back in. Thank you!

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited New York Rangers, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Kevin Hayes and Adam Fox (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). FYI

[edit]

Due to IRC character limits and Freenode's bots, it is a very bad idea to copy-paste long-winded explanations into IRC; as you just saw, the bot will respond with a kick-ban, thinking you're spamming.
With respect to your proposal, #wikipedia-en-help has a policy of not getting involved in what amounts to a content dispute, and while I do agree with your rationale, having given it a quick skim, -en-help is not the place to try and muster up support. I would instead ask at WP:WikiProject Comics, specifically its Marvel unit. —A little blue Bori v^_^v Onward to 2020 21:58, 16 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

January 2022

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on New York Rangers. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.Sabbatino (talk) 17:01, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I put it in the Talk page for List of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul characters and no one commented, so I made the changes. What more do you want from me ThanosDidSomeThingsWrong19 (talk) 18:35, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If no one commented that means that it obviously didn't pass so you shouldn't make the changes. And also why would a message on List of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul characters apply to ecah individual characters page? You next course of action should be to ask on each character's talk page and THEN make the changes if people agree. I've already warned you twice so don't do it again. They were all reverted by you except for Gus. Take a deep breath yo, maybe go outside for a change. It's Wikipedia, you can relax ThanosDidSomeThingsWrong19 (talk) 18:47, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I only reverted all of them cause I was the first too see it. If anyone else saw it first they would have done it (like the guy who did the Gus article) FishandChipper 🐟🍟 18:51, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Stop whining about your edits being reversed and instead create a discussion on each page to actuallt create a consensus FishandChipper 🐟🍟 18:52, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You don't seem particularly Chipper today User:FishandChipper. Chill the fuck out. I had put it on the Talk Page for List of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul characters because that encompasses all characters, and thought that made more sense than re-writing the same thing on 8 different Talk Pages, especially when Marie Schrader, Todd, and Lydia are all written the same way I had changed the others. Also you spelt "actually" wrong. What kind of editor are you?? Just kidding my guy, I love you ThanosDidSomeThingsWrong19 (talk) 18:55, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
