File permission problem with File:The Dead Daisies Live 2016.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:The Dead Daisies Live 2016.jpg, which you've attributed to Oliver Halfin. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Proposed deletion of Festivals of the Wicked

The article Festivals of the Wicked has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NALBUM and WP:GNG and my Google search found no WP:RSes. http://www.allmusic.com/album/festivals-of-the-wicked-mw0002165638 is just an empty entry

Copyright and conflict of interest

Thank you for your interest in creating an article for User:Deki te/sandbox on Wikipedia. There are multiple problems with your submission. You cannot post copyrighted material on Wikipedia even if you are the copyright holder, unless special licensing permissions are in place. In short, a copyright owner cannot offer Wikipedia a one-time license for use. Rather, the copyright to the material has to be released – permanently and irrevocably – into the public domain or under a free copyright license that is compatible with Wikipedia's licenses.
