Legal Project Help required
I am currently trying to put some life into ProjectDyslexia. In the Dyslexia article itself we have a section regarding "Legal and support issues" which is more about the legla rights or disabiliyt rights of those who have dyslexia and probably more inpoertantly all othewrs who have a some form of disability, and specifically their access to their education sytem, and the statutory support provisions (or lack of them), and national support procedures tribunals etc. These issues are valid to those hwo have a disability such as dyslexia but the isse are not part of the condition. We have aoso found that how each country caters for Special educations needs differs, in the range of statues, and support systems. There is also confusion regarding fore instance the 1992 Disabiliyt Discrimination Act and the 1995 Disability Dicrimination Act, one realtes to Australian Legal system and the other refers to the United Kingdom legal system. Would it be possiblew to set up some type of legal team to set up a project for the provision of Disabiliyt rights and the Provision of Special Educational Needs. I have no legal background, my area is of interest is Dyslexia and the related disabilities, especially Auditory Processing Disorder.
