Request reason:

I am rather confused. I recently created a Wikipedia account and yesterday, I made a few minor edits to British political articles. All of a sudden, it turns out I have been blocked for 'abuse of multiple accounts'. This simply isn't the case. I apologise if I have accidently breached some Wikipedia policies that I am unaware of but to my recollection, I have never edited Wikipedia before. Therefore, I assume there has been some kind of error. Is it possible that another user may have used my network to access Wikipedia? Saying that, I have a password on my wireless and only a handful of other people (my girlfriend, my brother and occasionally my mother) ever use it. I hope this issue can be resolved because to my understanding, I did nothing wrong.
