[edit]Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give Jett8 Airlines Cargo a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. - Hi Cindamuse, I created the page Jett8 Airlines because the company changed its name from Jett8 Airlines Cargo to just simply Jett8 Airlines. I did not realize there was the move function that is definitely more appropriate in this case. However, the other changes I made to the page i.e. destinations, fleet are accurate as per the references. As administrator, could you help me rectify my goof-up and please delete the Jett8 Airlines page I created? I can do the moving on my own. Thanks. Deekay744 (talk) 15:05, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
- Hello, the Jett8 Airlines article will be deleted by another administrator. Not sure what you are referring to when you mention the changes that you have made. You are free to make changes and/or additions to the Jett8 Airlines Cargo article, supported by reliable and independent sources. Is there something specific that I can help you with? Not sure that I'm understanding your questions. Cind.amuse 15:17, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
- Hi, basically the five reverts that you made in the original Jett8 Airlines Cargo page were of changes I made to update some outdated information i.e. fleet and destinations of the airline. The 'updated' page that I did is on the Jett8 Airlines page that I created. However, it is okay, I will wait for another administrator to delete the Jett8 Airlines page that I created, then I will move the Jett8 Airlines Cargo to Jett8 Airlines and make the changes again. Deekay744 (talk) 15:24, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for getting back to me. Check the article again and let me know if it looks right. I should have reverted one rather than all previous edits. Sorry, I hit the wrong button on my end. My bad. Let me know if this is what you want. Cind.amuse 15:40, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
- Hi, it looks great now. Thank you. So I'll just wait for an administrator to move the page then everything will be set. Sorry about the mess created. Still trying to get a hang of Wiki apart from the normal editing. Deekay744 (talk) 15:44, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
- Very good. If you ever have questions or need help, please feel free to contact me. Best regards, Cind.amuse 16:11, 27 May 2011 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Ambyun official.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Ambyun official.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.
If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 19:40, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
Non-free rationale for File:SPAD logo.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:SPAD logo.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Disambiguation link notification for August 1
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited MASwings, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bombardier. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
