Speedy deletion of One stop robin hood

[edit]

A tag has been placed on One stop robin hood, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD a7.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. • Lawrence Cohen 21:14, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I believe this statement should be allowed to stand as the One Stop, Robin Hood is a regularly visited store by people who live in Robin Hood and the surrounding area, and there may be people who are interested as to know what happened at the One Stop when one of it's regulars was banned. It is a true story, and the people involved are real characters, and although the name of the cahier cannot be recalled, the article shall be updated, if possible, when the cashiers name is found out. Also any further actions in this case, and indeed in the future of the One Stop store will, once again, added to the article if allowed. Once more I ask this article is allowed to remain, in order that the many customers of this store can stay up to date with what has happened in this incident. - — Preceding unsigned comment added by Deejay leeds (talkcontribs)
I understand your need to tell people about this, but Wikipedia is not the place for it. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a blog. See Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. Evil saltine 21:22, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
