I saw the pic you uploaded to Commons of Eileen. As the warning placed on the picture says, we'll need proof that Eileen has consented to its use on Wikipedia. Tabercil (talk) 13:02, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The image you have provided does not have any form of permission statement provided to back up the license. As such, we cannot make use of it. Now, I've since cropped the other image to remove the nudity and have used that edited version. And as for her wishes, its fine and we acknowledge them, but it's not about to be deleted. Tabercil (talk) 14:32, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

When you say "We" whom do you represent ?

Anyway I have uploaded a self-taken completely owned by me and released freely to Wikipedia Commons image now that IS of Eileen Daly taken at the Comedy Pub , London - it can be compared to current pictures of Eileen and her appearance can be confirmed on her Band's MYSPACE pages.

Many thanks. Dean-Geoghegan (talk) 19:01, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for uploading File:New Years Eve 2009 (440).JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ww2censor (talk) 06:47, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please feel to delete the image if not done so already. Dean-Geoghegan (talk) 18:57, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Eileen Daly Comedy Pub 23 11 2009 .JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. I see you got tripped up trying to add the image from Commons to the Eileen Daly article. All you need to do is to add the Commons file name to the image field; the software behind Wikipedia will first check in the EN wikipedia space for the image, and if there isn't on will go check Commons to see if there's an image there by that name. Thank you for the assist. Dean-Geoghegan (talk) 18:58, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The image is available on Commons as File:Eileen Daly Comedy Pub 23 11 2009 .JPG (note the space in the name between the 9 and the dot). Tabercil (talk) 12:39, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited The Courtesans, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Lorraine, ITV and Tom Jones. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
