HDI

I've had to revert a number of changes that you made to the HDI reference year in the infoboxes of a number of country articles, including Australia, Japan, United States, etc. You ignored the note that the HDI year referred to was the data year (2017) in Table 1 of the reference, not the year that the data was published (2018).

Request reason:

I was trying to edit and i see that i've been blocked from editing and that somebody has the same IP address as me and has abused articles before and i have been banned from Wikipedia because of abusing. I haven't abused a single article yet, if i did do a mistake, i used to revert my mistakes to the old state of the article. I'm new to Wikipedia and find it really helpful and interesting so i decided to start editing but now i can't edit because i'm blocked and somebody has abused Wikipedia with my IP? I thought this account got banned and i tried to make another account but it says account creation blocked because somebody has the same IP as me and has abused Wikipedia before, please help. Can i ever edit again?

Request reason:

I started editing Wikipedia with an account half an year ago and did not vandalise with it. Instead of that i uploaded copyrighted images from the internet by Own work and thought that i won't get banned. I got a lot of warnings but i ignored them and kept on going. That account later got banned and then i created another account and did the same thing, and that account also got banned. I kept on creating accounts and did the same thing. My original account is LastBreath64. It is now globally locked. And a lot of other sockpuppetry accounts are also globally locked. Check Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/LastBreath64. Since then i have learned my lesson and now i only edit articles and try to make them better. I do not upload any copyrighted by Own work and i have understood that what i had done was wrong. I know that i have done that not just once but a lot of times with multiple accounts which is called sockpuppetry which is not allowed on Wikipedia. But i'm addicted to editing Wikipedia articles and i can't stop myself from editing. Since then i have learnt my lesson but now my IP is blocked and now i regret doing those things and i apologise for the things I have done. Now i want a fresh start and edit Wikipedia articles, I can assure you that i will not make those mistakes that i have done before and never vandalise any article. I know what i did is abusing, but now i want to start fresh and forget what i have done before and start editing and making new articles for education. Please forgive me and give me a second chance, i assure you that what i have done will never happen again. But is it too late? I also know that i have lied on my first unblock request, i was scared that i will get banned forever. Now i'm telling the whole truth. Can i get unblocked now? I apologise.
