Are you taking on the VR article?

@Mowhitworth796: also noted the Viral Phenomenon one. If she doesn't want it, it might be a good one for you to do in conjunction with the VR. You guys work it out Etherfire (talk) 21:00, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Taking on the Virtual Reality Technology section?

[edit]

Hi! Your prof @Etherfire: reached out to me. I think it's really cool you're working on this article, especially from a great technical school like Texas A&M. Would you be interested in tackling the Technolgy section? There's a lot of competing info (is it LEEP or smartphones that form the basis of headsets? Both?), and probably a lot of info that can be brought up from the History section into the technical description (keeping brief summary of the milestone in History if appropriate). Overall, the section needs a good summary of the technological foundations of VR and the fundamental technologies used today (hardware and software). Less focus on brands, and more on foundational tech.

Thanks again for your hard work on this article!
