Suggested action flow :

Open in a tab sources to integrate > decide the subgroup you want to document (ex: Ventilator or PPE or HCW & people) > open one source
Read the news source, look for key facts > rewrite the statement so it's not a copy-paste > add your wording to the section
Open COVID-19 related shortages (VE) > Go to the relevant section > add your reworded statement
