This article mentions the active and allosteric binding sites in the first few paragraphs. The differences between the active and allosteric sites are unclear and underrepresented and expansion would be needed for better understanding of the article. Furthermore, feedback and feedforward control loops are vaguely mentioned in the third paragraph. However, the mentioning of these control loops were a distraction due to there being no example of one provided. An example of these control loops could be added to gain a better idea of an allosteric regulator. An example could be a control loop in a metabolic pathway.
