Hello David "MoonMeander" Tan. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:David "MoonMeander" Tan. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=David "MoonMeander" Tan|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS💬 17:07, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you GSS for the hint! I tried to give the page maximum compliance with Wikipedia rules by cutting it in half. I wasn't aware of the COI rule. I fixed it by specifying the COI information on the page. Thank you. Can I resubmit a request to review Drafts? --David "MoonMeander" Tan (talk) 17:14, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for disclosing your paid editing status. As per WP:Paid you are requested to also provide links on your Wikipedia user page to all active accounts at websites where you advertise paid Wikipedia-editing services. Please do so before making any further edit. GSS💬 17:33, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you GSS for the answer. COI is the only problem with the Draft:Kelly Hyman Page page? I spent a few days studying the rules to figure out how to fix it. Can I apply for a re-audit, or can I not?I checked, this page isn't an orphan and has a connection to other pages. Thank you for the answer.--David "MoonMeander" Tan (talk) 17:37, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You first need to provide link(s) on your Wikipedia user page to all active accounts at websites where you advertise paid Wikipedia-editing services to fully comply with the WP:PAID policy. GSS💬 17:43, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
David "MoonMeander" Tan, you have not yet responded to my question above. GSS💬 18:55, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

- GSS, i saw your answer. I don't know where or how to put it. I'm helping Kelly with Wikipedia from my instagram-account @povnock. This is hell, not rules, I'm confused. I cannot find information like other participants who have a conflict of interest. I would also like to ask if there are any other page problems besides COI? Compare the new version with the old one. Any subtle opinion has been removed, any advertising that praises it has been removed. My regards! --David "MoonMeander" Tan (talk) 19:01, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Are you sure you wasn't hired by her through Upwork? GSS💬 19:06, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

GSS, I'm not professional or permanent, I'm new to Wikipedia copywriting. I got contacted by she manager on Instagram and after this connect, I have e-mail correspondence with shes. I don't want to distort information or exaggerate, I just want to make sure that at least the core information is published.--David "MoonMeander" Tan (talk) 19:12, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

GSS, Do I have to 100% register for upwork? I read, there's a lot of commissions on every deal (about 20%). It is not profitable, can i do paid-contributions without upwork in the future? I declared instagram-account in my profile.

GSS, hi. You rejected the draft due to lack of compliance with Notability and the rules of relevance of biographies (notability people). I will try to explain the significance of this page. WP:ANYBIO, point 1 fully matches the Kelly Hyman draft page. It is also fully confirmed by WP:NACTOR, paragraph 1 and 3. And also WP:AUTHOR, point 3. My regards. --David "MoonMeander" Tan (talk) 21:19, 26 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Having the Upwork advert set to private does not hide its existence (nor its content, as it happens). If your next edit is not made in order to disclose your Upwork profile, as is required by the rules at Wikipedia:Paid-contribution_disclosure#How_to_disclose, you can expect your account here to be blocked shortly afterwards. Moonfall edit

[edit]

Hi David,

As the Emmerich movie seems unrelated to the McDevitt book, I've removed the changes made there. I've also renamed that article to Moonfall (McDevitt novel) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moonfall_(McDevitt_novel) You may create a separate page for the movie. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zanychap (talkcontribs) 13:43, 2 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
