Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because...

I am not interested in promotion, I just made the page because of commenting the free source code published by me on GitHub, I do not make money with that, I just want to create the pages of 2 free software, a DNS server and a JavaScript programming framework, both free and with the code available for download, but if you prefer I can use my name, and not the commercial name I use, but I have no company, it's just me with a company name, which is usual in the computer world.

Not sure which page you mean; I have deleted both User:Dataclick and Draft:JuNeDNS as promotional. Wikipedia's rules against promotion are strict; they don't only apply to advertising services that you make money from. See WP:PROMOTION. As for the block, you can appeal it to an uninvolved admin by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of this page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. I do understand that you didn't mean to violate our rules; good luck.
