Just in case

[edit]

In case you need the services of a Administrator, go to Martial Law or look up Wikipedia:Administrators for a full list of Administrators. I have four (4) listed. Thought I might give you a buzz. You will be in for quite a ride.Martial Law 05:42, 8 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Just a question

[edit]

I noticed you've done a lot of editting on pages related to Sarnia and area. You didn't happen to go to St. Christopher High School by chance, did you? You seem to share a lot of the interests of a classmate I had, and I believe he went to UoW after high school. This is probably something that'll be bugging me for a while if I don't ask. 24.36.137.212 18:21, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Since this talk page is publicly viewable, please forgive me if I don't answer you here. If you're serious about getting an answer, please register and an e-mail link should be available. Please use your real name if you contact me this way. An IP address doesn't tell me anything useful about who you are. --Darren Lee 23:51, 11 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Jubal Early and Nathan Fillion

[edit]

Hey, I reverted your edit where you provided a source for the Jubal Early information on Nathan Fillion. The problem is, this "fact" has been floating around for a while, but as far as I can tell, none of the DVDs actually mention the information. For more information, see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Firefly#Nathan Jubal Fillion Early. EVula // talk // // 15:27, 19 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Taekwondo initials

[edit]

What is it about the initials that you find confusing? All initials are the names of Taekwondo organizations. Sserbin 20:42, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe that tag wasn't the best one to use for this section. Perhaps what I wanted to express was that the acronyms' expansions do not appear anywhere in the article. There's also the problem of whether or not these organizations are notable enough to receive a mention in this article. I'll remove the tag for now but only because I was referring to acronyms, not abbreviations. Darren Lee 22:01, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I see your point. I think in the spirit of the article the question isn't if these organizations are important enough to merit mention, but if their full names are important enough to merit mention. Personally, I prefer the current format which seems to allow any organization to be listed, but only the more important ones are fully named. That being the case, it *is* curious that the American Taekwondo Federation is named, as they are not the IOC approved governing body of taekwondo in the United States. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sserbin (talkcontribs) 2007-03-02T16:34:38

Date autoformatting

[edit]

Hey, I saw your edit on Jason Chambers and just wanted to let you know that date autoformatting is discouraged now. See WP:MOSNUM. Cheers, --aktsu (t / c) 00:05, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the information. I did not know that autoformatting is no longer desirable. --Darren Lee (talk) 00:30, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
