  1. A Wikipedia talk page is for messages and discussions concerning work for Wikipedia, not for posting content unrelated to work for the encyclopaedia. Likewise, a user talk page is for an editor who contributes actively to the encyclopaedia to give a little information about himself or herself in connection with his or her work for the encyclopaedia: it is not a free web space for posting content unrelated to such work.
  2. The contents you posted appeared to be largely designed to promote a point of view, but Wikipedia is not a medium for promotion of any sort.
  3. A draft for an article is not going to be accepted if it contains nothing but the title of the article. If you wish to create a new article, you need to write some substantial content for it. My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. That way any mistakes you make will be small ones, and you won't have the discouraging experience of repeatedly seeing hours of work deleted. Gradually, you will get to learn how Wikipedia works, and after a while you will know enough about what is acceptable to be able to write whole new articles without fear that they will be deleted. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start.
  4. This is the English language version of Wikipedia, and all contents should be in English. You are welcome to start contributing in English if you would like to, but you may prefer to contribute to Bengali Wikipedia instead.
