miserable failure et al
[edit]No problem. That started to immediately fork into a huge potential headache and mess after this, so I figured a preemptive strike that would make everyone happy was just best... that good-natured edit warring/jibing on the Bush article, read the later edits, it's kind of funny--soon as it started to get heated on the google bomb pages spillover--got old for me. :) rootology (T) 17:42, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
Your signature
[edit]Hi. Just a minor thing, but please note that, per WP:SIG#Language and alphabet, signatures should contain a transcription of your username using Latin characters. — Kaustuv Chaudhuri 04:17, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
Now that this article has been rewritten about the history of the slogan, what do you think? It was an extremely significant meme in the 1988 and 1992 presidential elections, not quite within your time but you'll likely hear it again in 2008. Gazpacho 21:39, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
Mulatto
[edit]I am very curious as to why you believe the list of Mulatto athletes should be deleated but feel pages such as Eurasian, that travel the same lines, don't. Please Explain. Americanbeauty925 07:41, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
No the Eurasian category may not have subcategories for athletes, but they do so for actors, musicians, as well as a few others listed on the page. Actors, which you've also objected, I'm assuming for the same reason, on the mulatto page.Americanbeauty925 08:03, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
Howdy, I noticed that you and I seem to post in one or two articles dealing with progressive issues in political science/sociology. There's currently a debate beginning in Boston Tea Party as to whether the article should include the category [1]. It meets definitions set in the articles Terrorism and Definition of terrorism, however, there are several self-proclaimed patriots who watch BTP who refuse to recognise the fact. The simple criteria for terrorism generally seem to be intimidation or destruction of property in order to change public policy or public opinion while a state of war has not yet been declared. Some users would rather use recent acts of terrorism as a yardstick, rather than using a firm definition, and hence lose their ability to discuss matters calmly. Would you be able to pop in to the Talk page and join in the discussion? Thanks much, samwaltz 04:57, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks
