This organization is doing great in treating children with cancer and brain tumor. I see that there is a great cause behind it and that's why I added it to Wikipedia. It helps 100s of people and spread awareness. I don't understand why there is COI for that. Organizations with great causes like that should be here on Wikipedia, where others could be benefitted and eventually we can at least help needy people that way. As per the tag, I have not a single COI with it, so I'll remove it as I think I addressed the issue as per my understanding after reading the COI policy.
