Prior accounts
[edit]Hi,
Anything you would like to share about prior accounts? Thanks. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 01:11, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- If you would like to accuse me of something, please go right ahead. I am all ears. Daniel Stavons (talk) 01:26, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- You sort of answered the question, so thanks for that. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 01:56, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- I didn't answer anything. Like I said, if you want to accuse me of something, please be my guest. I have already been warned that people like you try to intimidate new editors who do things that not align with your agenda. Daniel Stavons (talk) 04:52, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- Really? Who warned you?--brewcrewer (yada, yada) 13:22, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- My friends who have been active in editing wikipedia for years who experienced extreme intimidation when it comes to topics related to the middle east. Like I said, you continue to warn me without really tell me what I've done, which precisely the kind of intimidation I won't put up with. If you have no evidence of me doing anything wrong (which I have not, so you obviously do not), I am going to continue actively contributing. Thanks! Daniel Stavons (talk) 15:39, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- This is what I love about this, with each response your misleading nature is becoming more transparent. No one has friends "who have been active in editing wikipedia for years....[on] topics related to the middle east [sic]" prior to joining Wikipedia. There are 7 billion + people in the world and there are less than 100 people that can be considered regular editors of Arab-Israel topic on Wikipedia. It is almost impossible that you had a friend editing Wikipedia prior to joining Wikipedia, a fortiori multiple "friends." Considering the past history of regurgitated editors in the Arab-Israel conflict, your "friends" that you speak of are most likely your prior accounts that also got busted. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 00:39, 10 May 2013 (UTC)

- Well, you might be correct if I didn't go to a university where there is a high concentration of people participating in wikipedia editing. Regardless, I have never had a prior account, so I shan't be continuing to waste my time with your unfounded accusation meant to silence new editors. Daniel Stavons (talk) 01:32, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
Notice
[edit]The Arbitration Committee has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions (information on which is at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions) on any editor who is active on pages broadly related to the Arab-Israeli conflict. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, satisfy any standard of behavior, or follow any normal editorial process. If you continue to misconduct yourself on pages relating to this topic, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The Committee's full decision can be read at the "Final decision" section of the decision page.
Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions, with the appropriate sections of Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Procedures, and with the case decision page before making any further edits to the pages in question. This notice will be logged on the case decision, pursuant to the conditions of the Arbitration Committee's discretionary sanctions system.

- Care to explain what I've done and why you are trying to get me sanctioned? On what grounds? Daniel Stavons (talk) 15:39, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
