[edit]You are right. I have removed the speculation about WW1 and penicillin. There was still a big step to isolate penicillin and produce in quantity. History is full of many intriguing "what-ifs", often far smaller events or non-events that could have radically changed what happened.JMcC 08:24, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
RfA Results and Thanks
[edit]DanielDemaret/Archives/Archive 11, thank you for supporting me in my recent RfA. Although it did not succeed as no consensus was declared (final: 65/29/7), I know that there is always an opportunity to request adminship again. If and when that day comes, I hope you will once again support me. If at any time I make any mistakes or if you would like to comment on my contributions to Wikipedia, you are more than welcome to do so. Regardless of your religious, cultural, and personal beliefs, I pray that whatever and whoever motivates you in life continues to guide you on the most righteous path. |
Re: RfA
[edit]Looking at the oppose-side, the vast majority only mentioned experience, so they will probably come around. Is 100% consensus needed? Since there were many votes, that could be a hard thing to achieve.DanielDemaret 12:38, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- Only about 75-80% of all support and oppose votes combined need to be support votes. In other words, there needs to be at least three to four times as many support votes as there are oppose votes to secure adminship. joturner 12:44, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Ok, here's what happened with the bot. One of the words you added had the phrase "cum" in its spelling and the bot mistook it. I've removed the filter for now and I see you've fixed the edit, sorry about that, I hope the bot didn't cause any more problems -- Tawker 05:05, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
jesus cartoons
[edit]Most of the text in Jesus Cartoons was added by User:Kitrus
The glitch that my deletion didn't show up in bright red? I didn't actually delete anything, just made it "less visible" :-) MX44 19:05, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
Mmm ... I think it was the initial comment

... that fooled the system. Maybe?
