Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Miltown.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI 16:37, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edit to the Milwaukee article

[edit]

I reverted to the prior photograph because while the photo you provide may be good photography, it does not represent the city itself nearly so well as the one it replaced. If you really believe your photo represents the city better, please make your case in the article's talk page before substituting again. Thanks. --Orange Mike 15:05, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Oath Keeper

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Oath Keeper requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you.  -- BeezHive (talk|contribs) 06:44, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits to talk pages

[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. Jeffrey Mall | Talk2Me | BNosey - 01:24, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent addition to David Gilmour has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder.
