Message re: vandalism?

Hello,

I just received a message about edits I made to a page that constitute vandalism. I made no edits at all to that page. In fact, I rarely edit pages excpt to correct glaring gramatical errors. How can I prevent this sort of confusion from happening in the future?

Thanks for your reply, but I am not sure I was clear. I wasn't asking about why it reverted or what the changes were, I was sying that whatever was changed was not changed by me. I have not changed any pages. I m trying to find out why it appears I did and how to prevent changes from being attributed to me that I did not make.
