Question concerning your edits
[edit]Concerning this edit that you labeled as vandalism and the test1 that went along with it, I think you incorrectly interpreted his edit as vandalism, while in fact it was a reversion in a revert war (though apparently he reverted the wrong person). It is best to make a clear distinction between revert wars and vandalism, as the edits involved are not vandalism at all. Also, on a side note, the reversion message you use in all capital letters is very intimidating and if someone did not realize it was automated, they would feel as if they are being yelled at. I would suggest that you tone down the message a bit, but that's your choice. Thanks. Cowman109Talk 23:22, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
Your edits to my talk page
[edit]Hi there! First off, I appreciate your good-faith efforts to remove vandalism from my talk page. The comment you deleted, however, was a valid comment/question by a new user that I intend to answer. Thanks for watching out for vandals, but it's generally good policy not to delete other user's comments on talk pages. hoopydinkConas tá tú? 23:34, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
- Hi, I have a similar comment about this edit. He's clearly a newcomer who isn't aware that his organization doesn't own the article about themselves, but I wouldn't characterize that edit as vandalism. WP:BITE, etc. Thanks, BT 04:13, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
WP:AIV
[edit]Greetings, it appears that you have disrupted Wikipedia to illustrate a point on WP:AIV. If this message is in error please accept my apologies but if not then please use an article or project's talk page to make your point. Thanks! From: King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠. Please do not report a user that hasn't even vandalized. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 23:55, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

Lady Murasaki
[edit]You reverted my edits and then reinstated them, why is that? 132.205.93.62 02:12, 12 July 2006 (UTC) (ignore my previous comment, I misread the history)
- clicked the wrong button, then reverted myself, sorry--Dalek Cab 02:14, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
- Ok. Thanks for the explanation. 132.205.93.62 02:40, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Edited
[edit]I edited the Squat (exercise) on deleting the links. The links I deleted are not something that is proividing information on the topic, very low value if any at all to the page. Please review the links I deleted Thanks --Cleanupman 02:18, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
"indefinite block" template
[edit]In this edit, you stated that such and such an IP was a sock of WoW, and thus had been blocked indefinitely.
Aside from the questions of (a) whether the IP was used by WoW, and (b) whether an AOL IP can be blocked indefinitely, this IP number was not blocked indefinitely: your application of the template thus stated an untruth.
Please make sure that the content of a template will be true before you add it to any talk page. Thank you. -- Hoary 02:48, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
calling shareip users 'indef blocked pagemove vandals'
[edit]You know that 1) an IP can't move a page, 2) you don't seem to be a sysop so you don't actually have the power to indef block anyone, 3) Sharedips have tens of thousands of people using them, there's no reason to call them all 'sockpuppets'. Thank you for your time--172.149.233.183 00:21, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
Please do not report someone to WP:AIV unless they have many warnings or have been warned to at least the level 3 warning (some admins even prefer a level 4 warning). Thanks. JoshuaZ 02:14, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
your edits to 'the neptunes'
[edit]pharrell and 'the neptunes' are not the same thing; pharrell is meerly one half of the neptunes, albeit the primary half.. so don't change all neptunes referances to 'pharrell', they > he etc.! Bungalowbill
Hello, Dalek Cab. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Dalek from BBC.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Dalek Cab. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 23:34, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
