I marked the image as "not allowed" because you didn't provide any evidence that it is allowed. The only link you provided was directly to the image itself, rather than to a page containing the image, and my best guess as to what website the image came from (http://www.mar.mil.br/nomaronline/indexNew.html) had a clear copyright statement that said nothing about free use. --Carnildo (talk) 20:41, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
