Your education section is looking good! I like that you included statistics about women holding jobs in the education field, because this is not the first thing we think of when we discuss education. Usually we discuss what type of education women receive, but don’t take a look at who is teaching/managing in the schools. This is a very important point! The information you presented about this is informative and the statistics give us a good summarization. Is this all from the same source though? If so, I would suggest looking into other sources for a wider range of information about women teaching or being principals. I think you could expand this first paragraph, but what you have now is great. You definitely can expand your second paragraph, which I'm sure you’re working on anyway! I would suggest finding some statistics or facts that support your statement that more women than men are graduating. It’s good that you have it cited, but giving examples to support it is always a good thing. Also, what about younger girls? Is school something that most girls have the chance to attend, or is it a struggle to become educated at a young age?

You say that women have a greater chance for better employment with a greater education. Maybe talk about how easy or difficult it is for them to achieve this level of education. I don't know if the info about pay gaps is going to be in a different section, but this could be something to discuss too.

The structure of it is perfect and it seems like the right informative, unbiased language for a wikipedia article. Nice work!
