Presumpton of privacy
[edit]In addition to the reasons I gave in my edit summary reverting your edits on David Daniels (countertenor), I also wished to remove the names of the Daniels' accusers on the presumption of privacy. Neither of Daniels' accusers are notable in their own rights, and their names should not appear in this Wikipedia article. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:54, 10 August 2020 (UTC) @WikiDan61: The presumption of privacy is no applicable as their names have been "widely disseminated." The news articles referenced on the Daniels' Wikipedia page also contain names associated with the allegations referenced on his page. Their names have not been intentionally concealed, rather widely disseminated, the court filings are public domain, there's a significant loss of context with your most recent edit, and their names have been published widely in media. Therefore, the presumption of privacy argument is not applicable and fails to meet the criteria you've referenced.
