I'm a communications staff at Democracy Reporting International, I do not intend to promote the organization but I want to create a Wikipedia page that can describe what the organization does based on external sources. I'll edit the draft to have a more neutral tone and will continue editing other pages on Wikipedia to make a contribution.

Decline reason:

Wikipedia does not have mere "pages", it has articles. Those articles are typically written by independent editors, who take note of a subject in independent reliable sources and choose on their own to write about it, showing how the topic meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability(such as a notable organization). Please read about conflict of interest and paid editing. If you want to edit other articles on Wikipedia, please tell what those might be, as we will want to see a history of edits to articles unrelated to your conflict of interest as a demonstration of your understanding of relevant Wikipedia guidelines.
