Canyon Ranch
I see you edited the Canyon Ranch article, it's actually a resort, not just a building in Chicago. Look: http://www.canyonranch.com —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Btipling (talk • contribs) 19:19, 6 March 2007 (UTC).
Thanks for taking care of that, I was going to, but you had a template in there and I wasn't sure how to approach the change. (Bjorn Tipling 15:26, 7 March 2007 (UTC))
Bono
Hello Chupper. I tried to add the citation for U2 moving their assets from Ireland 6 months before the tax break ended, but was prevented by a spam filter. The article at Bloomberg.com is called "Bono, who Preaches Charity, Profits from Buyouts, Tax Breaks." If you google 'Bloomberg.com Bono' you will find it. The article also includes criticisms and citations for the fact that the royalties from the Apple 'Red' project U2 I Pod are not donated to charity. I would have thought that Bloomburg was a reputable source. If so it should be included in the criticism section as Bono is as almost as well known for his humanitarian work as for his music. Regards, Natalie West 16:22, 9 March 2007 (UTC) I looked up the WP entry on Bloomberg and it links to their site, so I am not sure why I was unable to add it. Natalie West 16:53, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Psychiatry and Anti Psychiatry
Thanks for the message on my talk page. My motivation was not just to make Anti Psychiatry have a prominent place on the psychiatry page, but to deflect the sometimes out-of-place virulent criticisms of psychiatry that have appeared recently on that page. I worked for over 17 years in an academic Department of Psychiatry of a UK Medical School (though I am a research psychologist), and published many research papers in vario9us fields of psychiatry, and so I hope you can understand that it was not my intention to rubbish psychiatry at all (see WP:AGF). I've added a paragraph on 'Bono' under 'Other Endeavours' about Celtic FC
Hi Chupper, thanks for your response on the discussion page of Bono. I had a look into the subject i raised and found some very reliable sources confirming that he is indeed a Celtic fan, that a rumour had gone around that he was planning to buy shares in the club and that this wasnt true. So i've added a couple of lines about this under 'Other endeavours' and i've included 3 references. Would you let me know whether it is acceptable or not. Thanks again.TammiMagee 14:19, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Mental health
Thanks for the Barnster for this, very kind of you. I'm relieved some recent issues with one page are hopefully on the way to resolution. I was interested to see your points about criticism sections btw - I've sometimes favored them but increasingly felt their solid points could and should be integrated into articles more, at the appropriate points. It is more tricky or time-consuming I suppose, but I've done it to existing subsections once or twice and it did feel more satisfactory and NPOV overall. Cheers, EverSince 16:01, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Chicago Skyscrapers
You seem to be the guy who manages {{Chicago Skyscrapers}}. I am not sure how strict "Downtown" is or whether significant Chicago Skyscrapers should be added. I just created a page for Regents Park (Chicago) and added it to the template. Let me know if you want this out. TonyTheTiger (talk/cont/bio) 21:03, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
Thanks
Cheers for that Chupper! U2 are amazing! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by TammiMagee (talk • contribs) 09:27, 20 March 2007 (UTC).
Discussion about Romney political views/positions article
Hi,
You have been involved with discussions about the section Political positions of Mitt Romney, which got bumped out into a separate article entitled Political views of Mitt Romney. In case you're interested, there's a discussion underway about whether it's an improvement to name it Political positions of Mitt Romney, over at Talk:Political views of Mitt Romney#Requested move.
And, thanks for the Barnstar.

Thanks! I appreciate that you notice. Best regards, -- Yellowdesk 02:34, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
Bono
Hi Chupper
I've removed that whole section at Talk:Bono about inserting the text "Bono is a c**t". The guy appears to be trolling, let's not feed him. He actually replied to your straw poll quoting a google search on the phrase. Hopefully he will dissappear. Merbabu 02:32, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
Psychopharmacology
Such reversion would have been avoided if you had consulted other editors of that article on the discussion page first before making such large edits. It is extremely rude to delete an "entire text" based on an uninformed opinion. In fact, it is very much akin to vandalism. I make no apologies for making the reversion. mezzaninelounge 16:52, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
- Well I apologize. I'm just trying to help Wikipedia and these mental health articles. As I said, I understand your reasons for bringing the content back in. Sorry you feel my edits are vandalism. Chupper 17:12, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
Apology accepted. I in turn apologize if I had caused any offence. mezzaninelounge 17:33, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

Tax Day
Hi! I saw that you put the "US-centric" tag on Tax Day, and I was just wondering if any other English-speaking countries have a "Tax Day" per se. I know the UK has several of them, and I can't find a reference to any of them as Tax Day; Canada does have an April 30 (employed)/ June 15th (self-employed) tax deadline, but I was also unable to find any references to "Tax Day" on google for Canada. Just a thought - I know taxes are not exclusive to the US, but "Tax Day" is a very specific reference that may BE United States only. CredoFromStart 14:48, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
