Caution
[edit]You're very close to violating the three-revert rule on Partial-birth abortion because you've inserted the word "extreme" three times in the last few hours. In the case of a controversial edit such as this one, you really need to take the issue to the talk page (Talk:Partial-birth abortion) and try to build consensus, of you'll just get reverted, and if you edit war, you'll eventually get blocked for it.
