Welcome template from Yasht101
[edit]Welcome!
Hello, DNSLOC, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as IMAG, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may soon be deleted.
There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Speedy deletion nomination of IMAG
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that the page that you created was tagged as a test page and has been or soon may be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Yasht101 01:23, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia: check out the Teahouse!
[edit]Hello! DNSLOC,
you are invited to the Teahouse, a forum on Wikipedia for new editors to ask questions about editing Wikipedia, and get support from peers and experienced editors. Please join us! Liz Read! Talk! 05:17, 19 October 2022 (UTC)

06:26, 19 October 2022 (UTC) Hi Liz, thanks for the invite for new editors, however I've been an editor since 2011. Best regards DNSLOC (talk)
17:24, 19 October 2022 (UTC) Wow Liz, here I thought you were being communicative and I have to discover that you've coldly deleted my offer to contribute. I created a talk page to offer to contribute content for a page that is referenced elsewhere, and while G8 does permit speedy deletion for a talk page with no article page, you could have at least been kind enough to nominate it for deletion - I note that in G8 it recommends that I communicate clearly and, equally, that engagement and encouragement by admins is recommended. I also note that G8 fails to identify how best to use the talk for page creation. This is a complete disincentive to contributing when even talk for a page is admin deleted. I love Wikipedia (and I donate to Wikipedia as I believe in it's good) and yet this experience has all the hallmarks of pedantry missing the volunteer offering. How do we encourage the next generation of actual content contributors when you behave like this? You could engage in communication rather than just fickle deletion. Instead you slap a Teahouse shortcut on me. New content dies like this.
