I guess you are having trouble? Well first thing to know is you should put a signature at the end of each post with four ~ or tildes like this ~~~~. To do a reference, I either use a * at the left edge of the page, at the bottom, or I use the <ref> and </ref> tags. Just put the references you want, like "Twenty years of my life, Joe Blow, SomeBook Co, Chicago, 1922" in between the <ref> and </ref> tags: <ref>Twenty years of my life, Joe Blow, SomeBook Co, Chicago, 1922 </ref>

And that is all there is to it, really. To get the references to show up later, you have to put a <references/> tag at the bottom or wherever you want them to show up.--Filll 07:37, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
