Unspecified source for Image:Racismethni1.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Racismethni1.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Schzmo 20:34, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
Re: Demonte Morton
[edit]See Wikipedia:Extended image syntax for how to display an image on a page. But before you do that, you must provide a source and the appropriate image copyright tag to Image:Racismethni1.jpg so we know the copyright status of the image. Otherwise, the image will be deleted in a few days (we want to avoid possible copyright violations). --Schzmo 11:47, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:Jodeci2.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Jodeci2.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:08, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

Substantial image problems
[edit]All of your uploaded images are flagged with problems. Most are missing the source (which must identify the copyright holder) and many have a false license, {{GFDL-no-disclaimers}}, included. You may only use GFDL if you yourself took the picture or if the person who did licensed it under those terms (and you'd need to provide proof in that case). Additionally, any use of a copyrighted image on Wikipedia must be justified with a detailed fair-use rationale. Please refrain from uploading any more images until you have fixed the substantial problems on the images you have uploaded thus far. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously. Thanks. --Yamla 14:00, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
- For continuing to upload images with deliberately false licenses and ignoring my request for you to fix the images you have already uploaded, you have been blocked for one week. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously. If you do not stop violating copyright, the next block will be substantially longer. On the other hand, if you intend to immediately fix the images you have already uploaded, you may request an unblock by adding {{unblock|Reason for unblock}} --~~~~ to the bottom of this page. --Yamla 17:25, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

Keenan Ivory Wayans
[edit]You already have uploaded an picture of him. You just have to provide a source for the image and choose the suitable image copyright tag for it (as long as the image is not copyrighted). If you don't, we won't know whether the image is a copyright violation so we have to delete it.
On a side note, please post your comments on my user talk page, rather than my user page. Thanks, --Schzmo 15:06, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

Reblocked
[edit]Your block counter was restarted as you were caught deliberately using sockpuppets to get around your block. Your one week block starts again from now. Please do not create any more user accounts to get around this block. --Yamla 16:15, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
Warning
[edit]Stop removing the warnings about being the puppet master to one or more abusive sockpuppets. This is a current warning and you are not permitted to remove current warnings. --Yamla 19:02, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
Abusive sockpuppets
[edit]You have been caught once again creating sockpuppets to get around a block. For this reason, at least some of your sockpuppet accounts have been permanently banned and your block counter has been reset. Your block would initially have expired tomorrow but because of your abusive actions, you have another week to sit out on your block. If you are caught using any other accounts or editing from an anonymous IP address, you will be banned from editing Wikipedia permanently. Your actions have shown that you have no respect for Wikipedia and for the consequences of your actions. However, you have been given one last chance to reform your ways and to become a productive contributor. You must not edit any Wikipedia page (except for this talk page, and then only to respond to messages or, I suppose, to request an unblock) using this account or using any other account or IP address until the block expires in one week. If you do not understand this or why your behaviour is completely unacceptable, please ask for a clarification here. Under no circumstances are you permitted to attempt to avoid this block as well, however. Once again, you must not edit any other pages on Wikipedia until your block expires. --Yamla 03:43, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
- You have been caught yet again editing while you are meant to be blocked. Your block has been extended to a month. Any further evidence of you bypassing these blocks will result in an immediate indefinite block against your account and any known sockpuppets. --Yamla 22:25, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello DLM 92! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 4 of the articles that you created are Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to these articles, it would greatly help us with the current 35 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
- Damon Wayans, Jr. - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Cara Mia Wayans - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Jerry Long, Sr. - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

The article Crunk Rock has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- This unreleased album lacks notability.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Yappy2bhere (talk) 22:32, 9 January 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Clover G Records
[edit]A tag has been placed on Clover G Records requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Codf1977 (talk) 13:03, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

The article King's Tower has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Certainly not notable enough for a page, and seems to be an unlikely redirect that someone looking for the show would ever search for, and in fact seems more likely to cause confusion.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Yaksar (let's chat) 16:41, 15 January 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
