Dear Administrator NawlinWiki: Initially the page for the D'ark Night Film Festival was created on the Tinygomez user account. An administrator from Wikipedia made the following recommendations which are being included here.

It is in your user space, but had main article space categories, so was showing up in these categories in the main encyclopedia. I have just added colons to these categories so that you can keep track of which categories the article should be in, but it won't appear there under its current name. The reason was stated in the original request. I furnished a copy of the recommendation of a Wikipedia administrator (KathrynLybarger) instructing me on how to edit and deploy the page currently on Tinygomez by creating a separate page using a different account with a name that uses the title "D'Ark Night Film Festival". KathrynLybarger's instructions were followed. In following the instructions, a Wikipedia administrator deleted the page then blocked the account. The reason was furnished yet a Wikipedia administrator (Jehochman)has refused to acknowledge it.

User:KathrynLybarger is not an administrator.
She did not suggest that you create a new account with the name of your article, but to create the article as D'Ark Night Film Festival.
This account was blocked because it is clearly promotional in nature.

However, after reading your proposed article, I do not think that it meets Wikipedia’s notability guidelines. Also, as someone possibly involved in the group, you should be aware of our conflict of interest guidelines. If you wish to continue working on the article, though, please do so from your original account. Thank you.
