[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Aberystwyth Town F.C. have been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 18:16, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Antonio Corbisiero was appointed Aberystwyth Town manager this evening. This information is correct and should not have been changed. CymruFootyFan (talk) 18:19, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

ClueBot NG is a bot and does not respond. Also next time maybe back it up with sources. TigerScientist Chat > contribs 20:48, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No offence, but I strongly recommend you stick to subjects you have knowledge on. CymruFootyFan (talk) 21:15, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

CymruFootyFan ah yes good advice definitely what not all high count editors do ah yes "you have knowledge on" definitely. TigerScientist Chat > contribs 22:45, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Raul Correia article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 10:51, 10 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I see you haven't yet caught on to the whole sourcing thing yet. Unfortunate. Seasider53 (talk) 18:09, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What a lovely sarcastic comment. If you gave me 2 more seconds I was about to paste the link to the tweet. CymruFootyFan (talk) 18:10, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I was about to press submit before it blocked me because you reverted my changes :) CymruFootyFan (talk) 18:11, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Still working on the source for this one too? Seasider53 (talk) 19:17, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Can’t provide a source if there isn’t one to provide can I? CymruFootyFan (talk) 11:25, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox stats

[edit]

Please note that we only include domestic league games in the infobox - so no Cup or Continental matches etc. Please also ensure that when you update the stats you also update the date, using ~~~~~. If you have any questions please ask. GiantSnowman 13:12, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Raul Correia article, but I have found one and added it for you. Please try and remember to include sources yourself with future edits. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 18:14, 25 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Raul Correia, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. GiantSnowman 08:47, 1 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'm literally changing his squad number to what is shown in pictures taken of him? There's nothing to source. CymruFootyFan (talk) 09:01, 1 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Connah's Quay Nomads F.C., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Byron Harrison. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:56, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Waggers. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Steve Darby, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. WaggersTALK 09:46, 8 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I only removed the picture because it was practically impossible to see who it was CymruFootyFan (talk) 14:09, 8 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Neal Eardley, you may be blocked from editing. Mattythewhite (talk) 20:23, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Disruptive editing?! If you paid any sort of attention to Welsh football Mattythewhite you would see that Eardley has signed for Connah's Quay Nomads! Plus somebody did a really bad edit job of ot so I was making it look clearer. Seriously... CymruFootyFan (talk) 06:30, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like an explanation for your comment please Matty, along with you doing the slightest bit of research and to figure out Eardley plays for Connahs Quay and and apology. CymruFootyFan (talk) 06:35, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Still waiting on a reply Matty, thank you CymruFootyFan (talk) 18:08, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Bit of an overexaggeration threatening to ban me over that

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Alhagi Touray Sisay. GiantSnowman 19:56, 1 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

GiantSnowman. All I did was update his stats, as is shown on the Cymru Football app. The stats on the app are accurate as they are updated directly by the club's live during matches. I recommend you download this app and see for yourself before threatening me with being blocked. Thank you. CymruFootyFan (talk) 19:58, 1 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't vandalise anything to do with Welsh football. I try my hardest to make sure everything is accurate and up to date. CymruFootyFan (talk) 20:01, 1 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You did not update the date, as you have been asked to do before and as is a requirement. Following your edit it appears that he has 14 games many weeks ago, which is incorrect. This is a problem. GiantSnowman 09:53, 2 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Well I apologise for that, it's something I forgot to do as I was trying to sort out a couple of other edits. I wasn't told this before, and personally I think you're going a bit too far threatening to block me. CymruFootyFan (talk) 12:15, 2 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

you mean apart from when I told you here? - numerous editors have warned you about your conduct and you have not listened or changed. GiantSnowman 17:42, 2 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You say I "vandalised", is that not a slight bit overdramatic? The stats are correct, I just forgot to change the date I changed them on. There aren't many things I do wrong, it's simply other moderators reverting my changes because they clearly know nothing about what I've done!

Looking at your profile we're both on Wikipedia to update pages to do with Welsh football, not many people see around to do that. Why be like this when I'm just trying to do some good? CymruFootyFan (talk) 18:28, 2 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Raúl Correia, without citing a reliable source. Removal of Welsh Football Updater fields

[edit]

Hi, Please do not remove the Welsh Football Updater fields in the infobox fields on club articles. These are updated via template at the end of the season, which means updating the template updates all club fields. Many thanks, 19:05, 2 May 2023 (UTC) Zanoni (talk) 19:05, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
