I wouldn't like to mess with the format unless there's agreement, but wouldn't it make things easier to have {{Article|Name of list}} instead of [[Name of list]], like what they have at the 3RR noticeboard? That way, you could get directly to the history in one click, as it would look like this:

• List of Heroes episodes (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)

instead of just:

• List of Heroes episodes
