Hi there Curtincall, and thank you for your contributions! I've noticed that you have been adding the book Swedish Sensationsfilms: A Clandestine History of Sex, Thrillers, and Kicker Cinema to many film-related pages ([1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]). While verifying facts is a very important part of Wikipedia, you should be aware that Wikipedia's policies forbid the use of the site for promotion. People may construe your editing as an attempt to add citation spam, and you should take care to avoid this by citing a variety of reliable sources in your editing, and when you do use the Sensationsfilms book, you should cite the exact page number that you have taken the information from. Hey there Mr. Stradivarius. I am a very big fan of Swedish genre cinema, that is why I'm updating these Wikipedia pages. I will make sure to include page numbers in the future. Since I am relatively new to Wikipedia: could you provide the exact format for referencing with page numbers? Thanks! Curtincall
Thanks for the reply! It really depends on what type of citation style the article is using. I wouldn't worry too much about the formatting, though, as someone else can always come along and make it look nice afterwards. Having the information in there in the first place is the most important thing. Having said that, for some examples you can have a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources. All the best.
