[edit]Hello, I'm Peaceray. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Elizabeth Holmes seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Peaceray (talk) 14:12, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- ok, i don't care enough to prove you wrong. keep it like that then, paint her as a tech entrepreneur instead of a scammer CubicalEuphemism (talk) 15:31, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- There are plenty of scammers who have entrepreneurial experience. I have issues with editors who excise the latter & emphasize the former with Holmes. This does not seem to occur in articles about men, so I believe it to be a sexist trend with Homes, albeit unconscious sexism on the part of most otherwise well-intentioned editors.
- You may wish to peruse the articles about men at Category:American confidence tricksters & Category:American people convicted of fraud. Peaceray (talk) 16:02, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- Sexist because I edited a woman's profile but not a man's? Have you considered that maybe I just stumbled upon her page and didn't seek her out intentionally? My intention was not to be sexist but to not paint her as a do-gooder since "biotech entrepreneur" is a label that should be reserved for actual entrepreneurs, not con artists. Whatever man, keep defending scammers under the guise of "well intentions" and "neutrality". CubicalEuphemism (talk) 08:14, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
