Infobox

Hey man, just wondering why you completely changed the infobox on Slipknot (band) back to what it was like before I rewrote the article. I cleaned it up by removing the links to List of Slipknot band members on the past members who do not have their own articles because that is not proper linking and that article is linked to in the Band members section. I also changed the main image in the infobox because I believe that the other image is more striking and represents the band better. We don't have many great free images with several band members in, so I guess it's just personal preference on that one, unless we can come to a consensus. Anyway, I thought I'd explain myself and make you aware of what I did and ask why you decided to change it? While I'm here, you might like to know that I have now nominated the article for FA status after completely rewriting it so I'd appreciate your help with ensuring any comments made on that are met. --REZTER TALK ø 23:15, 12 September 2010 (UTC)

That's cool, I just copied an infobox from an oldid without checking it because I figured someone randomly changed the picture (they do that a lot). I got the page peer reviewed a while ago, but never really got to fixing it since I was working on getting Slayer to a GT/FT and getting Korn to GA. I won't be back on wiki until Friday so hopefully the page will still be up for nomination by then. CrowzRSA 23:34, 12 September 2010 (UTC)

GA nomination for "Freak on a Leash"

I would recommend you withdraw this nomination, as it appears that you have not addressed any of the reviewer's concerns from the previous nomination (and it was a pretty substantial list). Remember, Good Article nominations are not supposed to take the place of peer reviews. They should only be initiated when an article is of good quality. Actually, I believe I have, because I fixed and removed all the maintenance tags that Cannibaloki put on the page. CrowzRSA 23:32, 25 October 2010 (UTC)

Nothing from the "Comments" section of the review appears to be addressed. I'm looking at individual comments/issues that user raised and they are still apparent in the article. Y2Kcrazyjoker4 (talkcontributions) 00:03, 26 October 2010 (UTC)

Slow Dance GAR

I'm a bit (acutally WAY) busy outside of Wikipedia so could I get an extension on the time limit for the Slow Dance review? Candyo32 00:35, 2 November 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I usually wait about 1-2 months actually before I fail articles. I'll help you out by fixing some stuff. CrowzRSA 01:18, 2 November 2010 (UTC)
I believe all concerns have been addressed now. Candyo32 16:17, 6 November 2010 (UTC)

Hi/Proposition

Hi there Crowz. So I'm sure you noticed the GA backlog is really long, so I've come up with a deal I have already done with other editors to make our articles get reviewed. I would trade reviews with you, so you'll review something for me and I for you. Here's what I'd like. You currently have many articles needing reviews. So my propostion is I would review 4 for you (Your albums aren't that long), and you would review Daydream and Number 1's for me. You'll get 4 because mine are quite longer than yours. Does that sound fair? Are you up to it? Thanks :).--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 04:20, 4 November 2010 (UTC)

That's not a bad idea, I think that'd be fine. But if you can, can you actually give my nominees a chance?? Because I've had a user that quick-failed like four of my nominations for no reason... Anyways I guess I'll start reviewing (it may take me a week or two though). CrowzRSA 23:43, 4 November 2010 (UTC)
Hey there. Sure I'm patient and fair. Let me guess, was is (CK) Lakeshade? lol he did that to me as well. Which four do you want me to review? You haven't told me which ones. I'll be fair and impartial don't worry, your work looks good and passable. So just let me know which four you want me to do :)--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 00:10, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
Well, if you review songs as well, I really need "Raining Blood" to be reviewed... But if not here are my top 5 anyway...
  1. "Raining Blood"
  2. Eternal Pyre
  3. War at the Warfield
  4. Seasons in the Abyss
  5. Divine Intervention (album)
Thanks, CrowzRSA 00:51, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
Its fine don't worry, they are fairly short. I'll do them all.--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 01:11, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
I'll take a look tomorrow. In the mean time, I'll probably also have the last two done as well. You almost done? :)--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 09:12, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
Yeah I'm pretty much done with both of them, I just haven't written 'em up yet... CrowzRSA 16:16, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

I just passed "Raining Blood", Eternal Pyre and War at the Warfield. The last two will be ready for you tonight. Let me know when your done reviewing mine so I can take a look. Thanks.--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 20:21, 16 November 2010 (UTC)

Can you review?

Can you please review Jessica Simpson discography? I have listed it for a peer review. I really need suggestions to make it neat. Thank You Novice7 (Talk) 04:44, 5 November 2010 (UTC)

Hi, I would like to give you some advice Novice. The formula is a bit weird. The release dates should be in the same box as the title, and it should not be in bold. Look at the Mariah Carey albums discography and the Mariah Carey singles discography which recently became FL for guidance. As for your GA nominations, I suggest you work on them some more. As an example, I'll use Just Whitney.... The lead is very underdeveloped. You should have 3 full and developed paragraphs that cover all the important parts of the article. Again, look at Music Box and Butterfly which are both recent GAs to guide you. You should easily double the lead in info and size, I mean all you mention are 2 facts and its sales. The "Development", "Recording" and "Music and lyrics" sections are way too short, under developed and uninformative. There is allot more to write about. The others look okay at first glance. Next, most of the "Promotion" section is unsourced. Things like this would cause be to quick-fail, because it needs allot of work. I tell you this to help you out, and only with good intentions. Good luck!--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 05:06, 5 November 2010 (UTC)

I am almost done. Just some doubts. I saw that Taylor Swift's discography and Kesha's discography both have a different format (like mine). Is it okay to continue with the existing style? Also, should promotional singles should really be merged? Last, is there a need to cite a compilation (like Disneymania), when Wikipedia has a page on it? These are just my doubts. I hope you're not offended. :) Novice7 (Talk) 08:13, 6 November 2010 (UTC)

Please check it. I have made some changes. Novice7 (Talk) 05:20, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
Shall I close the peer review? Please leave your comments on my talk page. Novice7 (Talk) 12:28, 7 November 2010

(UTC) Thank You! But, what about the style? I saw a discussion going on. That's why I'm waiting to nominate the article. Candyo32's nomination of Fantasia's discography is on the waiting list. Novice7 (Talk) 16:19, 7 November 2010 (UTC)

Well, honestly, I think Candy's gonna have to change it to be an FL, because it somewhat does go against Wikipedia:WikiProject Discographies/style. But changes shouldn't be hard... Do you think I should change it??? CrowzRSA 16:24, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
It would be helpful if you could help me. I hope the lead is now ok. The reason why I hesitate to nominate it is that I've not included much about International charts (Aus, UK etc). Should that be included too? Novice7 (Talk) 16:33, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
Or, I will do it. I made the page like this. So, I will change it myself. Thanks for asking though. About the lead, please do reply. Novice7 (Talk) 16:46, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
Okay, that's fine. I think that the promotional singles and singlesnal singles and singles should be merged, because they're already more or less the same thing, and I suppose if another article verifies something (unless something big, like it charted somewhere, but if it was small like it's a compilation, it's fine). CrowzRSA 17:31, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
It's a studio album. So, that must be included. Right? Novice7 (Talk) 03:05, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

I've closed the review. Thanks for your help. Novice7 (Talk) 12:32, 9 November 2010 (UTC)

Ramones

Hey, good work expanding the Ramones' debut album article. I noticed your comment on the talk page about wanting to nominate it for FA; once you are done with the expansion, feel free to hit me up for a copy-edit/peer-review. I'll do my best to bring it up to FA standard.—indopug (talk) 08:28, 23 November 2010 (UTC)

That would be great, I just got a peer review, but since then I added "Promotion" section and expanded the lead. But a copy-edit would be great because I often make careless mistakes and stuff in my writing. CrowzRSA 02:37, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

I'll get to them now. I did your last one, but I didn't finish because you should really go through it again. I didn't fail you, but it needs significant re-writing as I have left some comments. This one doesn't measure up to the last 4 for some reason. Let me know after you've worked on it.--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 04:22, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

Hi

At minimum this article (Talk:Tell 'Em/GA1) needs to be failed, after that it should be nominated for delete as it clearly fails WP:NSONG. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 21:52, 28 November 2010 (UTC)

Hello

Hello Crowz, I see you have nominated the Eazy-E discography for FL. There are some additions - "Real Muthaphuckkin G's" charted in Hot R&B songs chart at number thirty-one Source. Try adding Billboard as a common source to the US R&B charts. Also, the prose needs some fix — like mentioning the year of release, formatting etc. I've mentioned them in the FLC page. Novice7 Talk 10:51, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

For the record...

...this copy edit at the Eazy-E article was not "improper," as you stated. It, for example, fixed the egregious "there" in "In 1988, they released there most controversial album...", replaced several redundant words and fixed several sentence fragments (all of which remain intact, even though you claimed to revert them.) If anything was "improper", it was the writing, tone and formatting in the lead. Please watch where you throw such terms around. Colinclarksmith (talk) 19:33, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Bill Murto

Hello, I have contested the prod you placed on Bill Murto and redirected the page to Compaq on the grounds that it is a plausible search term. If you disagree, feel free to list it at RfD or at AfD if the redirect is reverted. —KuyaBriBriTalk 18:06, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
