Misc: Just What I Needed
[edit]You've recently edited Just What I Needed, im just wondering why you did a simple swap around of the genres, are you saying the song's more rock then power pop? Well if you are, i agree, or are you saying it's more power pop then rock?? take care!MajorHawke (talk) 21:07, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
Well in a sense, it doesnt really matter as long as it says it's a rock song somewhere in the infobox. You should of seen some of the cars songs articles when i first came here! Good Times Roll was Labeled Power Pop!! [[Bye Bye Love Bye Bye Love was labeled a pop song (even though it does sort of have a pop melody, but hard rock energy and a guitar solo paves the way for it's rock influence) etc... Although it's ok to chat about songs with diverse genres such as just what i needed, bye bye love, good times roll etc..., you dont want to become a genre warrior according to pro-editors. But i happen to love to talk about the cars rock diversity but not to the genre warrior point, take care!!(BTW, try to sign your posts with 4 tildas next time, i dont care, but the administrators do) MajorHawke (talk) 03:53, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
