Some edits I have been making have been reverted for little reason by another user. The page leninism I was wondering if I am doing everything I am suppose to in order to resolve a dispute. I have posted to that user's talk page(they deleted it), made a talk page on the page itself, alerted admins of an edit warring, and requested feedback on that talk page. I just want to be able to edit the topic since it needs much TLC, but I want to make sure I'm doing the right things in the process.
- This has been discussed on IRC. WP:Dispute resolution is the way forward. Huon (talk) 20:57, 26 September 2016 (UTC)
RfC at Leninism
[edit]Hi, CrisisSandwich. I voted "oppose" in the RfC that you opened at Talk:Leninism, because I didn't like the proposed text. I do, however, think you make some very good points. Would you be willing to close the RfC by following the steps at Wikipedia:Requests for comment#Ending RfCs? I would like to start a discussion of those two sections, but I can't as long as the RfC is in progress. Scolaire (talk) 18:04, 2 October 2016 (UTC)
- Never mind. I closed it myself. Scolaire (talk) 09:05, 11 October 2016 (UTC)
- Apologies Scolaire, I was expecting to be able to do quicker edits to the page as a result I hadn't been able to contribute to the discussion in the weeks since I opened it as it seems that edits require a significant justifications, which is a bit onerous for me at the moment. I do want to edit the page down and contribute to this page and others, but cannot spend the time I want on that now. Its a bit overwhelming for a noob like me to learn the wikicodes and processes, hopefully I'll be able to better contribute in the future. CrisisSandwich (talk) 01:54, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
