Autocollapsing content
[edit]Hi, first of all thank you for your edits to 2019 New York City ePrix. However I noted that you had set one of the tables to autocollapse. Please note that per MOS:COLLAPSE that this is against Wikipedia's policy as it may hinder the accessibility of some users. I am sure that you didn't violate this policy on purpose but I just thought that I would notify of this policy fot future reference. Thanks, SSSB (talk) 18:32, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
I also notice that you added sortabillity but you didn't add it to the driver column, I assume this is because it would then sort by nationality? This can be overwitten using basic code. How to use this code can be found at Help:Sorting#Specifying a sort key for a cell. Hope this is helpfull. SSSB (talk) 18:38, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
- @SSSB: You are spot on in both occasions. I wanted to collapse the group draw table because I find it an additional information rather than an important part of the article. I am also aware of the driver column not being sortable as I did that on purpose. Since readers can sort the table by team names, I find this feature a bit redundant, specifically in the sense of having to type extra code into the table. I can however rework the table if required and avoid these issues in the future. I, however, do not edit these race reports regularly, I do it only when I see a mistake. In this particular case, I felt it was time for someone to finish these tables as it's been almost ten days. CrashmasterSOAD (talk) 18:54, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for October 17
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2019–20 Formula E season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Alexander Sims (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
