Hi there. I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Green Bloggers, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Importance). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Green Bloggers. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. --WCQuidditch ☎ ✎ 19:13, 9 April 2006 (UTC)

Link on Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand
[edit]Hi there, I noticed you put a link on the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand article. Links need to be relevant (which it is), but also to add something to the article. The site you gave [1] only has info from FrogBlog. So, nothing new has come from it. If you still want to add the link, use the talk page first. --Midnighttonight 03:21, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
Green Bloggers
[edit]Hello there Craig, just wanted to say that although I pointed out the "vanity" in the article, I didn't mean that this should lead to its deletion - as you can see, i voted to keep the article. The AfD procedure is standard when a {{prod}} template is removed without discussion, and the {{prod}} template can be removed legitimately if the article is improved along the lines of the complaint. The process of AfD, in cases like this, is just to make sure that those articles from which the template is removed belong here. It seems the consensus, fortunately, will be to keep the article. So don't worry! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me on my talk page. ConDemTalk 04:45, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

Articles for deletion nomination of Green Bloggers
[edit]I have nominated Green Bloggers, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Green Bloggers (2nd nomination). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

File permission problem with File:Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party of Canada.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party of Canada.jpg, which you've attributed to https://www.flickr.com/photos/greenpartyofcanada/10039226273/in/set-72157636087736854. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. January (talk) 18:25, 4 May 2014 (UTC)
