Bullying Culture Article Suggestions for Improvement
[edit]Expand on the definition of BC. Where does it tend to occur the most? Why is it significant? What age/ race/ sex demographics is it most prevalent in?
Fix typo: “organisational” culture
Links that are irrelevant to the overall article. See “productivity”, “boardroom”, “leaving”, etc.
Cite the book Petty Tyranny in organizations” correctly in terms of format and capitalizing the correct words.
Add to Culture of Fear, but in such a way that it ties in specific examples of bullying culture how it instills fear and, thus, turnover in organizations.
Format the article such that Culture of Fear is its own separate section that encompasses all of the categories. In other others, switch Culture of fear and Online Gaming. Use Culture of Fear to discuss the results of Bullying Culture in all of the other facets discussed.
Research to find at least one more category to discuss as well as add to the already existing categories.
