You have, as I can see via the article discussion page, suggested that the article title be changed. [6]. Until a consensus is reached on this matter, changing the article content in advance of a title change is viewed as vandalism - the massive change to the article may be correct in your opinion, but please gather feedback from others before making such changes. Take a look at WP:MOVE for how to move a page (which is how Wikipedia articles are renamed). I strongly suggest you list the requested move at WP:RM before performing the move - by obtaining a consensus there is no possibility that the move can be contested later.
