Howdy and thanks for the note. I'm glad you got an account, since it makes communication a lot easier. I added the standard welcome template (well, the standard with cookies), in case you wanted a brief intro to Wikipedia. I did remove the paragraph you added, since it seemed to give undue weight to global warming skeptics. As you might imagine, the global warming related articles are some of the most controversial and heavily discussed articles in Wikipedia. I think that my edit was consistent with the consensus that has been established on the talk page about the article about how to handle global warming deniers in the article text. But if you are interested in discussing it, I noted my change on the article talk page Talk:Scientific_opinion_on_climate_change#new_addition_removed. You may also want to look though some of the archives, since this is a topic which has come up before. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
