- "The Little Red Button" - we cannot have stuff like "some believe" and an unsourced description of how the weapon works. This is original research if it's not cited using a reliable source.
- "They appear in the same scene" - barely, as you rightly point out. But the point is to say that they never meet, being hero & villain.
- General Monro - "This is an interesting comment" - this is your own opinion and inappropriate for an encyclopedia article.
All in all, your edits were based on your personal interpretation, which is unacceptable under policy, and not supported by citing sources. Please feel free to put it back if you can do this. --Rodhullandemu 20:40, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
How has deleting my entries improved the article? Or was it just to make you feel better?
- It has made the article comply with policies on reliable sources and verifiability. If you want to continue editing here, you will have to get used to these policies, because they are not negotiable. It makes me feel better only to the extent that I am an Administrator and it is part of my job to make sure that articles comply with policy. Other than than, I take no pleasure from it.
If you take all the fun out of the Wikipedia there will be no reason for most of us to visit.
- It is not meant to be fun. If you want fun, Facebook, Bebo and MySpace, and a million other blogs exist for that purpose.
Also, there is no reason for me to contribute anything if you are just going to delete it without at least extending me the courtesy of an email to discuss it first.
- I left an edit summary explaining the deletion. If we spent all our time explaining, we'd have no time to edit and this encyclopedia would be a lot smaller. Any unverifiable fact may be deleted, although it's normal to tag it with {{fact}} first.
