Sandbox article

You probably noticed that I moved your draft article to a user sandbox and put a link to it on your user page. I think that you have the start of a good article here. I made some edits -- adding References and External links sections. It needs some more work though -- take a look at WP:Lead for guidance on the lead section. Also, the references that you have are a good start, but do you have any references from reliable sources that you can add?
